About us...

The Company

Xander Care was established by Nicole and Bronson in early November 2024.

A very sudden opportunity arose to go out on their own with very little time to think. They decided to take the dive and open up their own support company. A very scary and exciting move but they knew they were doing it for the right reasons; wanting to provide participants with the best support they can possibly give and showing great care like they would show their own family. They also aim to treat their staff in the same way.

And they have a amazing team of staff! They are all passionate about supporting people and want to make a difference in peoples lives!

Nicole

Has been working in the disability field for more than 18 years and does not ever see this changing as she loves what she does - making a difference in peoples lives.

Bronson

I have a trade background but have always been close by Nicole in her field of work. For the past year, I have been working along side Nicole in disability with our previous employer and now in our own little company.

The Name "Xander Care"

Xander was a name we had chosen to call our first son, however, as we ended up with 3 lovely girls, what better way to use the name we both had close to our hearts, then to use it for our very own company. Interesting fact: The name Xander also means "Defender of Human Kind"
