A little about us

Xander care was established by Nicole and myself (Bronson) in early November 2024.

Nicole

Has been working in disability for more then 18 years and does not ever see this changing as she loves what she does, making a difference in peoples lives.

Bronson

I have a trade background but have always been close by Nicole in her field of work. For the past year, I have been working along side Nicole in disability from our previous employer and now in our own little company.

The company

A very sudden opportunity arose to go out on our own with very little time to think. We both decided to take the dive and to open up our own support company. A very scary and exciting move but we knew we were doing it for the right reasons, wanting to provide our participants with the best support we can possibly give and showing great care like we would show our own family. We also aim to treat our staff in the same way. And we have a amazing team of staff! They are all passionate about supporting people and want to make a difference in peoples lives!

The Name -Xander Care-

Xander was a name we had chosen to call our first son, however, as we ended up with 3 lovely girls, what better way to use the name we both had close to our hearts, then to use it for own very own company. Interesting fact: The name Xander also means "Defender of Human Kind".
